Wonderful molasses flavour of caramelised black garlic ground with organically grown Australian lemon myrtle leaves in the convenience of a powder. Slowly caramelised over a month, dried off and powdered to an enriched flavour. Perfect dusted on roast lamb or over roast potatoes.
